Joseph has over 20 years experience in the Outdoor Advertising Industry from DOT permitting then Sales into developing his first billboard in 2007. Since then he has constructed Static & Digital Billboards throughout NC serving the Jacksonville, Fayetteville, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Winston Salem markets.  

Joseph has considerable experience in commercial Real Estate and holds a NC General Contractor’s license.  He enjoys the community outreach and coalition building that is often necessary for successful land use outcomes.
